Flight to Cairo and transfer to the hotel. Hotel overnight in Cairo.
Visit the Giza Plateau: the iconic Pyramids, the Sphinx, and panoramic desert views.
Continue to the impressive Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization.

Drive (~6–7 hours) to Saint Catherine. Stop at the Wells of Moses en route. Check-in at Moses Camp. Overnight in camp.
Hike through Wadi Abu Gifa and Wadi Matar. Begin ascent of Mount St. Catherine (2,642 m) toward Wadi Ahmar. Overnight at Zawatine.
Continue through Abbas Pasha, Wadi Tenia, Wadi Talaa, and Farch Um Sila (2,300 m), ending at Al Galt and El Azrak. Overnight at Farch Romana.
Cross Wadi Zaatar, Ein Negila, and Bab Dania. Optional ascent of Rass Abu Alda. Continue to Nayb Um Sikka. Overnight at Wadi Gebal.
